Returns

The Boulden Risk Free Guarantee:

If any item you order doesn't meet your expectations simply return it within 30 days of your invoice date with a copy of the invoice and a quick note as to the reason for your return. We will promptly issue a refund, exchange it for another item or issue you a credit, just let us know which you would prefer.

Now for the fine print: All merchandise returns will be accepted if received by Boulden Publishing postpaid within 30 days of the invoice date, in resalable condition, and with the reason for the return. All shipping charges (to and from) on returned items and reshipment charges on exchanged items, unless the excahnge is due to Boulden Publishing's error, are the responsibility of the buyer. Please include the invoice/order number with all returns. Boulden Publishing cannot be responsible for claims made after 4 months of the invoice date. Please send all returns by UPS or insured mail. Tracking and claims on returns not received by Boulden Publishing are the responsibility of the purchaser.
